Pre-arrival readiness, departure close-up and vendor coordination are included in the Estate Steward plan.
Repairs for Clients
Small repairs found during a visit, such as drywall, paint touch-ups, trim, doors and hardware, caulking, weatherstripping and screens, are quoted in writing and done only with your approval. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is coordinated with licensed trades. Proactive members save 10%, and Estate Steward members save 20%.
