Our white-glove service is built on absolute transparency. After every visit, you receive a detailed, secure digital report complete with notes and time-stamped, GPS-verified high-resolution photos of your property.

Essential — $199 / month
One visit per month. For the seasonal owner who wants a documented check while the house sits empty.
Year-Round Estate Care — $225 / month · Recommended
Bi-weekly while away, monthly while in residence, at one level rate all year. For the owner who wants the house watched all twelve months, not just the empty ones. Twelve-month term.
Proactive — $275 / month
Two visits per month. For the owner away for longer stretches who wants eyes on the house every other week.
Estate Steward — $495 / month
Bi-weekly visits plus concierge. For the owner who wants the house managed, not just watched.
Base rates apply to homes up to 3,000 square feet. Weekly and custom schedules quoted per property.
